1st – 5th Grade girls (& moms!)

The Jewish Community Center and Nishmah are partnering together to offer girls and their moms (or aunt, grandma, adult female friend) an afternoon focused on the importance of being active and caring for yourself both physically and mentally.  Together the pairs will participate in a fitness activity and a cooking/nutrition segment.  Girls will have the opportunity to play a sport with a St. Louis University female athlete while moms will have a special workshop addressing child behavior and self-image for their daughters.  Girls and moms will begin and conclude the program together.
